How will my student’s attendance be taken?

Attendance will be taken daily by completing the requirements of each teacher.

Attendance will be taken on a google form housed by the student’s homeroom teacher Schoology course.  Students must submit their attendance using the form each day. Attendance will be submitted at 3:30 pm.  Families should call the attendance line if students are ill, or will not be able to log in by 3:30 pm each day.

Student Daily Expectations

Students and families should log in to Schoology daily to see announcements and expectations.  

*Music, Media, and Phy ed will post work on Monday and the work should be completed by Friday each week

*Preschool, Kindergarten and first-grade students will be uploading assignments via See Saw.

*Second grade will be using Schoology for all parent communication and student assignments.

Apple IDs have been created by the school. The format for login is full name(first and last) @isd716.org (ie..johndoe@isd716.org); the password should be the student’s lunch code.

How will my student(s) interact with teachers online?

Students must  “Be RED” and abide by all expectations in the student handbook while in virtual classrooms. This would include dress code, language, cell phone policies, etc. 

All virtual classroom environments will be recorded.
